Parenthood & Partnership Therapy Intesive
A 3‑hour therapeutic bootcamp for expecting parents.
Preparing for a baby is about more than setting up a nursery: it’s about preparing your relationship. The Parenthood & Partnership Intensive is a focused, 3‑hour therapy session designed for couples who want to enter parenthood feeling more aligned, connected, and prepared for the emotional and practical shifts ahead.
This intensive offers intentional space to address communication, expectations, division of labor, and nervous‑system regulation before the demands of a new baby arrive. Rather than reacting in survival mode, couples are supported in building a shared foundation rooted in teamwork, clarity, and emotional safety.
