Individual Therapy

An integrative, whole‑person approach to therapy that supports individuals in deepening self‑awareness, emotional regulation, and connection to their inner world.

Mindful Individual Therapy is an integrative, whole‑person approach to therapy that supports individuals in deepening self‑awareness, emotional regulation, and connection to their inner world. This therapy is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change happens when we address not only thoughts and behaviors, but also the body, nervous system, and internal emotional landscape.

Drawing from mindfulness, somatic therapy, parts work, and trauma‑informed care, this approach invites curiosity and compassion toward your experiences. Rather than trying to “get rid of” symptoms, therapy focuses on understanding what they’re communicating and building a more supportive relationship with yourself.

What sessions look like:

My approach to individual therapy is trauma‑informed, relational, and experiential. I integrate mindfulness‑based practices, somatic awareness, and parts work (inspired by Internal Family Systems) to support emotional regulation, self‑understanding, and inner compassion.

Sessions are collaborative and paced intentionally. Together, we explore your internal experience with curiosity rather than judgment, supporting increased awareness of how emotions, thoughts, and the body interact. Therapy may include grounding exercises, mindfulness practices, nervous‑system regulation strategies, and reflective dialogue, always tailored to your comfort and goals.

My background in organizational development and corporate America also informs my work with career counseling. For clients considering career changes, therapy offers space to explore identity, values, fears, and possibilities, all while staying grounded in realistic planning and sustainable change.

Therapy sessions may include:

  • Building awareness of emotional and physical patterns

  • Working with different “parts” of self to increase insight and self‑leadership

  • Developing tools for anxiety management and regulation

  • Exploring meaning, values, and spiritual beliefs when relevant

  • Processing experiences using mind‑body approaches

  • Identifying practical steps toward life or career alignment
