Mindful Moments Therapy

Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Growing Families

Whether you're growing a family, healing a relationship, or rediscovering yourself, therapy here is a space to feel seen, supported, and grounded.

Mindful Therapy for Real Life

I am a relational therapist practicing in Colorado. I offer a space that’s warm, nonjudgmental, and attuned and see therapy as a sacred collaboration.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins in relationship: when we feel truly seen, our sense of isolation softens. As Rumi writes, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” My goal is to hold space for your “light” to be witnessed, nurtured, and strengthened.

Therapy Services

Support for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, loss, and the emotional transitions into parenthood.

This therapy addresses postpartum anxiety, depression, birth trauma, grief, and identity shifts with compassion and evidence‑based care.

Couples therapy for those preparing for parenthood or navigating the relational demands of raising children together.

This work supports communication, emotional connection, division of labor, and shared parenting goals. Sessions balance emotional attunement with practical tools to strengthen partnership and teamwork as your family grows.

Couples therapy focused on repairing patterns, deepening emotional connection, and building lasting relationship skills.

My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy to support both emotional depth and practical change.

Whether you’re navigating conflict, betrayal, life transitions, or disconnection, therapy offers a path back toward trust and closeness.

An integrative approach for individuals seeking greater self‑understanding, regulation, and meaning.

My approach draws from mindfulness, somatic work, parts‑based approaches (IFS), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to support anxiety management, trauma‑informed care, and values‑aligned living. This is especially supportive for life and career transitions, inner conflict, and emotional overwhelm.

Therapy that thoughtfully incorporates the healing qualities of the natural environment into the therapeutic process. Sessions may include mindful walking, sensory awareness, reflection, and grounding practices to support nervous‑system regulation and emotional clarity.

Nature‑based therapy is available for individuals and couples seeking a more embodied, spacious alternative to traditional indoor therapy.
